Bionic Consumers: a Talk at Social Fresh 2018

For the last year, I’ve been refining this talk on my concept of “Bionic Consumers,” whose knowledge and expectations are augmented by the supercomputer in their pockets—their smartphones.

I was thrilled to present this 30-minute version of the talk on the main stage for my friends at Social Fresh, and I was so pleased at the response. When people you admire like Chris Brogan call you a “swell speaker” and “my new hero“…well, I was definitely super flattered!
