Fast Fridays: Morrocan-Style Braised Carrots
Today’s FF idea is an easy carrot side dish that capitalizes on the sweetness of carrots. My take on this Spicy Braised Carrots Recipe is simply using chopped dried figs instead of raisins. (Also, this recipe doesn’t specify the amount of onions needed, so I used about half a large onion or one small one.) It’s really great with yogurt, so be sure not to skimp.
