Diversity in Marketing at #MarTechFestDialUp
LONDON! I’m looking forward to speaking with a diverse and progressive group of marketing leaders at MarTechFest Dial Up this April 19-25 on diversity and inclusion in the marketing industry. As the owner of a 100% women, majority-minority marketing agency, it’s my job to make sure we are nurturing the next generation of diverse marketers who bring their experiences to their work. That’s why we specifically hire interns from schools that have higher-than-average percentages of foreign students, women students, and socio-economically diverse students.
